Challenge: Training company using three separate tools (Drip for email marketing, HubSpot as CRM, LearnWorlds for course management) with no connection between them.
Solution: Built real-time integration so when user information changes in one system, it automatically updates the others. When someone gets access to a new course, they’re enrolled in LearnWorlds, updated in the CRM, and scheduled for relevant email sequences.
Technical note: Used N8N platform to avoid per-task charges from other automation tools, enabling multiple actions per execution.
Complete Lead Management Process
Challenge: Client had every inquiry coming through as a deal, making financial reporting difficult and the pipeline messy. They needed to scale quickly.
Solution: Built end-to-end lead management on HubSpot including:
- Lead tagging and round-robin assignment to sales team
- Multi-stage lead progression with scoring system
- Automated follow-up sequences including WhatsApp messages
- Training for sales team on new process
- Clean conversion from leads to deals
